Team Principal
Dustin brings a unique blend of racing pedigree, business acumen, and strategic vision to lead the team’s daily operations from its Indianapolis headquarters. A former championship driver, Dustin transitioned to the business world, first creating multiple sports bars in the St. Louis area, then launching an outdoor adventure company in Southern California. With degrees in communication, marketing, and political science, coupled with hands-on experience working for multiple non-profits and campaigns in Washington, D.C.’s political arena and professional training for television, Dustin mastered high-stakes communication and leadership.
He returned to his love of motorsports in 2017 with the launch of Right Turn Racing TV, delivering marketing, social media, and PR services to teams and drivers in IMSA, Trans Am, Road to Indy, FRP, SCCA, SVRA, and more. Since founding Arrive Drive in 2020 with a single F1000 rental car, he has grown the team into a competitive force, operating over 20 racecars and securing race wins and championships in multiple series while competing in SCCA, SVRA, HSR, WRL, USAC, and FRP. Dustin is steering Arrive Drive toward ambitious goals in IMSA and SRO, plus multiple innovative specialty projects, delivering a one-of-a-kind motorsport experience that redefines performance and opportunity.

Jerry Hodges
Technical Director
With over five decades of motorsport expertise and an engineering degree, our Technical Director, Jerry Hodges, delivers unparalleled technical support to Arrive Drive Motorsports’ drivers, pushing the boundaries of performance. Since his racing days in CanAm cars in the late 1960s, Jerry has been a trailblazer in designing, engineering, building, and fine-tuning racecars, including windmills, planes, formula cars, and sports racers. As the designer of the revolutionary JDR F1000 racecar, Jerry’s forward-thinking concepts produced a machine light years ahead of the competition, setting new standards in the series.
A former Fire Department Captain, Jerry brings leadership and precision to every project. His illustrious career, marked by countless professional racing victories, SCCA Runoffs titles, and club championships as a driver, engineer, and car builder, ensures our drivers benefit from elite-level innovation and expertise, giving them a competitive edge on the track.

Nathan Byrd
Driver Development Director
Nathan brings championship-caliber expertise to Arrive Drive Motorsports’ driver development program.
A proven winner, Nathan claimed the 2022 Super Tour, 2023 F1000, and 2024 Atlantic championships, excelling in some of the most competitive racing series. Currently a full-time competitor in the NASCAR Truck Series, Nathan is a testament to the success of our driver development program. From his early days in F2000, he progressed through Pro Mazda, F1000, S5000, Porsche GT3, and Silver Crown. Nathan’s development behind the wheel continued in a breakthrough victory in his first national pavement midget race at IRP in 2025.
Under Nathan’s guidance, our drivers receive world-class coaching to hone their skills, unlock their potential, and drive like champions.

Ayrton Houk
Driver Coach
Ayrton brings Road to Indy experience to Arrive Drive Motorsports’ driver development program. A race winner in the highly competitive USF2000 Road to Indy series and a Team USA Scholarship recipient, Ayrton set a track record in an Arrive Drive F2000 car early in his career. With recent experience in F1600, F2000, USF2000, and GT testing, he offers exceptional coaching to guide kart-to-car drivers, helping them hone their skills and accelerate toward professional racing success

Dario Cangialosi
Driver Coach
Dario brings a wealth of championship experience to Arrive Drive Motorsports’ driver development program. As the 2017 F1600 champion and 2018 Atlantic champion, Dario has proven his prowess in highly competitive series. With extensive experience in Formula 3, World Endurance Championship (WEC), and other elite racing categories, he provides expert coaching to elevate drivers’ skills, offering invaluable insights to help them succeed on the track and beyond.

Drew Holtgraewe
Chief Formula Car Mechanic
Drew Holtgraewe, our Chief Formula Car Mechanic, brings exceptional skill and dedication to Arrive Drive Motorsports’ open-wheel racing program. Growing up, Drew developed a deep understanding of automotive mechanics through hands-on experience rebuilding street cars with his father, laying the foundation for his technical expertise. Joining Arrive Drive over a year ago as a fly-in mechanic, he quickly mastered the intricacies of our Formula 1000 cars, becoming the go-to expert in our Indianapolis race shop for all open-wheel vehicles. Drew’s meticulous attention to detail ensures our formula cars are optimized for peak performance, giving drivers the reliability and speed needed to compete at the highest levels. Additionally, as a professional-level painter, Drew enables Arrive Drive to handle all paint jobs in-house, streamlining repairs and manufacturing to keep our fleet race-ready. His diverse skill set and commitment to excellence make him a cornerstone of our team’s success, supporting our drivers in their pursuit of victory.
